Each year at our awards celebration, we have the opportunity to thank our IBEW 481 team members for the amazing job they do. Team members are recognized for their leadership efforts in safety, efficiency, production and quality. Individuals are nominated by company management and by their peers.
ERMCO is proud to recognize the following staff for outstanding performance and leadership. Each of these award winners expressed gratitude for the support of their teammates and each takes the time to mentor newer staff, helping them stay safe and grow their careers.
