Annually, CCS holds an awards ceremony at which time they recognize and award the top performing members of the Indiana Construction Community. The top award available is the CCS Excellence in Safety Award. It is designed to acknowledge companies that demonstrate outstanding safety performance through the execution of written safety programs and documented safety records. It is the highest honor that CCS can bestow on a company. A panel of highly qualified volunteer judges review all entries which include the submission document, safety statistics and site inspection report. The top five are recognized as Safety Leaders, they then compete for the coveted “Crystal Eagle” Excellence in Safety Award. Submissions are entered by all levels of companies including specialty contractors, subcontractors, general contractors, construction managers and developers.
We are proud to announce that at the 25th annual CCS (Coalition for Construction Safety) Awards Event, the ERMCO Team was recognized with the Excellence in Safety Award and took home the coveted ‘Crystal Eagle’. The judges were very impressed by ERMCO's overall commitment to safety excellence as well as our strong support of corporate ethics.
ERMCO president Greg Gossett announced the award to employees stating:
