2018 Annual ERMCO Celebration and Employee Awards


Each year, at the annual ERMCO Celebration Dinner, we have the opportunity to thank our IBEW 481 team members for the amazing job they do. Team members are recognized for their leadership efforts in safety, efficiency, production and quality. Individuals are nominated by company management and by their peers. ERMCO is proud to recognize the following staff for outstanding performance and leadership.

HENRY ROSEBROCK | ACCOUNT MANAGER LEADERSHIP AWARD

This award recognizes an Account Manager who is committed to building strong customer relationships and to creating a safe and efficient jobsite. Henry has been with ERMCO for 23 years, working for clients such as Eskenazi Health, Indiana University, Indianapolis Public Schools, FedEx, Allison Transmission, Rolls Royce, and Community Health. He is an IEJATC Electrical Apprenticeship Program and Ivy Tech graduate with additional training in specialized areas such as high voltage and process controls.

ALAN YINGLING | SYSTEMS CRAFTSPERSON OF THE YEAR

Alan is an asset to any team. He is one of our most experienced and highly valued technicians. He is reliable, well-organized and approaches each task with a focus on safety and a determination to exceed client expectations. Alan joined ERMCO in 2000. He is a graduate of the IEJATC Electrical Apprenticeship Program and the ERMCO Institute. Alan is certified as a BICSI Technician, Corning Fiber Optic Specialist, and with Corning ONE for DAS. His experience includes work for the Indianapolis Airport, Community Health, Indiana State Fairgrounds, and Lucas Oil Stadium.

ROB SCHREINER | ELECTRICAL CRAFTSPERSON OF THE YEAR

Rob brings value to clients and to teammates by proactively addressing issues and developing solutions. He is consistently focused on safety and sets a high standard of work ethic in ERMCO’s Special Contracts Group. Rob started working in the electrical industry after high school graduation and joined ERMCO in 2002. He is an IEJATC Electrical Apprenticeship Program and Ivy Tech graduate and has completed the ERMCO Green Energy Course. His experience includes work for Allison Transmission, Cummins, Park 100, Rolls Royce, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, and Victory Field.

CHUCK GLAUBER | SYSTEMS FIELD LEADERSHIP AWARD

Chuck is a valued member of the ERMCO Systems Service Group. Recognized for his leadership abilities, many of the other technicians look to him for guidance and mentorship. Chuck embraces ERMCO’s safety policies and encourages others to do the same. He joined ERMCO in 1999 and is a 2010 graduate of the ERMCO Institute. He is also an IEJATC Electrical Apprenticeship Program and Ivy Tech graduate. Chuck is certified as a BICSI Technician, Corning Fiber Optic Specialist, and with Corning ONE for DAS. His experience includes work for Adesa, Community Health, Daktronics, and MISO.

BRODIE PALMER | ELECTRICAL FIELD LEADERSHIP AWARD

Brodie is respected by his crews and maintains good relationships with the general contractors and other trade professionals. He enjoys mentoring future field leaders. With ERMCO since 2003, Brodie’s experience includes projects for the Indianapolis Airport and the Indiana Convention Center. He is an IEJATC Electrical Apprenticeship Program and ERMCO Institute graduate with additional training in high voltage.

ESTEN BURTON | SYSTEMS SAFETY SOLIDARITY AWARD

Chosen by his peers, Esten received the Systems Safety Solidarity Award in recognition of his outstanding efforts to be the safest craftsperson and a safety leader. Esten joined ERMCO in 2007. He is an IEJATC Electrical Apprenticeship Program graduate and has worked on projects for Lucas Oil Stadium, Aspen Trace Senior Living Community, Indy Star, Roche, Sales Force, and Duke Energy.

DAVE SINGLETON | ELECTRICAL SAFETY SOLIDARITY AWARD

Dave was chosen by his peers to receive the Electrical Safety Solidarity Award. He encourages his crews to work towards zero incidents by focusing on quality, safety and teamwork. Dave has been with ERMCO since 2008. He has been a key part of several successful projects including the IU School of Medicine Neurosciences Research Building, Lowes Call Center, Southport Wastewater Treatment Plant, Liberty Fund Headquarters, and multiple Rolls Royce projects.
