ERMCO HALL OF FAME

Established in 2012 as a part of our 50-Year Celebration, the ERMCO Hall of Fame recognizes company founders and those following them who have continued to build and nurture the culture that sets us apart. Every five years, as the company celebrates its milestone anniversaries, a new class will be elected to the ERMCO Hall of Fame.

All Hall of Fame members were ERMCO employees for 20 years or more and left the company in good standing. Honorees are chosen by a peer group of current employees, each with a minimum of 20 years of service.

ERMCO INSTITUTE

The ERMCO Institute provides training and education for all employees, from the trainee to the CEO.

In-house experts as well as industry speakers lead the sessions. General education classes and specialized training programs are offered, including:

SAFETY TRAINING | ERMCO does more training in the area of safety than any other subject matter. In addition to industry standards training such as NFPA 70E and OSHA 1910 and 1926, ERMCO also places a huge emphasis on incident prevention training and safety culture training.

TRAINING LED BY INDUSTRY EXPERTS | We routinely seek out industry experts and ask them to share their knowledge with us.

FIELD LEADERSHIP AWARENESS TRAINING | This program provides future field leaders with the tools and training required to advance in their careers with ERMCO. The 6-month, 10-class curriculum includes both technical and soft skills training.

SAFETY

ERMCO is committed to eliminating incidents by developing a culture focused on safety – doing the right thing even when no one is looking – versus basic compliance. We help employees stay focused on safety by offering continuing education and training opportunities, by investing in technology that improves safety for staff and guests, and through participation and leadership in associations that impact our industry.

ERMCO prequalifies subcontractors on an annual basis or prior to submission of a bid or purchase order. If you have been requested to submit prequalification information, please contact JD Kyle, Health & Safety Director - jdkyle@ermco.com
